You’re invited to a community acupuncture session designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and support emotional and mental well-being in a quiet, supportive group setting.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, curious about acupuncture, or simply in need of rest and regulation, this space is for you.

✨ What to Expect

Each participant receives the Five Needle Protocol (ear acupuncture) — a gentle and widely used treatment that supports:

Stress & anxiety relief

Trauma & emotional regulation

Nervous system balance

Mental health support

Recovery & resilience

You do not need to be experiencing any of these concerns to receive treatment.  

• Needles are retained for 30–40 minutes
• You may ask for them to be removed at any time
• Treatments take place together in a shared room
• The session is quiet and meditative — a time to turn inward, rest, and reconnect

(Private sessions are available separately for those who prefer one-on-one care.)

Space is limited — appointments are required

If no one signs up, the clinic is not set up

First-time clients: please arrive before 6:00 PM to complete paperwork

No entry after 6:15 PM to protect the calm environment for everyone

Community acupuncture is offered on a trust-based sliding scale of $15–$40
Pay what you can — no questions asked

I also believe acupuncture should be accessible for all, so I offer one free session a month for those who might not be able to afford my sliding fee scale.  The free dates are listed on my website and on social media.
