One of Austin’s most heartwarming summer traditions is returning for its 14th year. Presented by Austin Subaru this beloved annual fundraiser benefits the Parvo Puppy ICU Program at Austin Pets Alive! which has pioneered lifesaving treatment for puppies battling canine parvovirus.

Paddle for Puppies will take place on Sunday August 10 2025 from 6:45 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Rowing Dock on Lady Bird Lake a supporter and host of this fundraiser since its inception. This unique event invites Austinites to hit the water for a scenic paddle - by kayak canoe or stand-up paddleboard (SUP) - to raise critical funds for APA!’s Parvo Puppy Program the first of its kind in the nation. 100% of event proceeds including boat rental costs and registration fees will be donated to APA!
