Baroda Cultural Open Mic

Calling all Poets Storytellers Folk singers and classical music lovers.

Join us for an unforgettable Open Mic night presented by The Untolds at Varietea Vadodara. Whether you’re here to perform or enjoy the magic this is your stage.

Terms and Conditions for Performers :

1. Time Allotment: Each performance will be strictly limited to 10 minutes. Performers must ensure their act — including setup and exit — is completed within the allotted time.

2. Theme Compliance: All performances must be based on Folk traditions Indian Culture or must reflect any of the Navarasas (nine emotions: Shringara Hasya Karuna Raudra Veera Bhayanaka Bibhatsa Adbhuta and Shanta).

3. Performance Readiness: Performers should be ready backstage at least 2 slots before their turn to ensure smooth transitions.

4. Content Approval: All performances must be pre-approved by the organizing committee. Any deviation from the submitted content may lead to disqualification.

5. Respect and Decorum: Cultural sensitivity appropriate language and respectful representation of traditions must be maintained at all times.

6. No Back-to-Back Entries: To avoid stage delays no individual performer is allowed in two consecutive performances.

7. Technical Requirements: Performers must inform the technical team in advance of any special sound light or prop requirements.
