Come meet Robin and fall in love with health and

wellness through mental physical and spiritual healing.

Robin has a yoga teacher training (YTT) 200-hour

certification. She specializes in trauma informed brain

sensitive yoga (TIBS). Within TIBS Robin’s focus is

meditation and visualization work as well learning to

reconnect your body and mind. Robin also teaches Yin

yoga. Yin is a connective tissue release with a longer

hold in your yin asanas. Robin’s compassionate

teaching approach paired with her background

in Triathlon training and love for fitness shines through

during her sessions. Come join her for a transformative

adventure of adding yoga into your life.
