Qigong & Sound Bath at Nahant Marsh

Surround yourself with nature while practicing qigong to connect to your body mind and environment. Qigong is a gentle exercise. It helps to develop balance coordination and flexibility. Through movement and breath work you may find a sense of inner peace. Practice will conclude with a sound bath. Sound baths help to calm and relax you making it easier to come into a meditative state of mind. You may want to dress in layers and bring a yoga mat for the sound bath. Register on the Nahant Marsh website. Event is $10 per participant.
