You are invited to join us for a relaxing Crystal Bowl Sound Healing event at Inward Bound 1641 Commanche Ave - Suite D (Adjacent to Turtle Island Gifts).

The sound and vibration of Crystal sound bowls reduces stress and tension and creates a relaxed meditative state. This is when healing the mind and body begins.

July's theme is ‘The Journey of the Lotus ~ Resilience and Transformation’ and is accompanied by soothing meditation music. 

Yoga mats and light blankets available however please feel free to bring your own and a pillow.
