Growing through Pressure - Lessons from Tibetan Buddhism
Philosophical Talk
Tibetan Buddhism is spoken of as Vajrayana or the ‘Way of the diamond’. It takes inspiration symbolically from the long path of extreme pressure and temperature by which an opaque graphite transforms itself into a bright diamond which transmits light.
In our fast-paced lives there is constant pressure to finish our long to-do lists. This may overwhelm us and leave us anxious. What if we can use these moments of overwhelming pressure as moments of growth to become more able to lead meaningful lives?
Join us as we explore keys from Tibetan Buddhism to explore how we can always maintain our inner grace in challenging circumstances and grow wiser through pressure.
