Day Yoga Retreat
Our new day yoga retreat are split into two sessions:
Morning Session: XL Yoga Class
This extra long yoga class includes breath work meditation and intention setting followed by a Vinyasa Flow session. You’ll be provided with several variations ensuring that everyone has the appropriate choice regardless of their level or ability. We’ll finish with powerful breathing leading directly into relaxation.
Afternoon Session: Myofascial /Yin Nidra
The afternoon session start with Myofascial Release using therapy balls followed Yin Yoga. The final 30 minutes will be a guided Yoga Nidra helping us transition our awareness from the external world to our inner selves bringing about deep relaxation and a sense of peace.
Who Should Attend
Both sessions are suitable for all levels and abilities.
This is also an excellent opportunity for athletes as there will be plenty of tips on gaining flexibility through the use of therapy balls it is also great for anyone looking to reconnect with itself.
What to Bring
All equipment will be provided but I recommend bringing your own mat a cozy blanket and thick socks
We will be having lunch together. Salad and Humus will be provided. Please bring something vegetarian to share.
Hot drinks provided.
