A Summer Supper at Elawa Farm

We're teaming up with Elawa Farm to kick off their Guest Chef Dinner Series with a one-night-only field-to-fork experience rooted in collaboration peak-summer ingredients and the connection between chefs and farmers.

Chef Tom Carlin of Burl will be cooking a five-course dinner on the farm offering an early taste of the produce-driven cuisine you can expect when we open in Evanston this fall.

The evening begins with a welcome cocktail and continues with a lineup of summer-forward dishes:
Grilled Flatbreads with Eggplant & Peaches
Country Ham Terrine
Burl’s Achar-Roasted Carrots
Grilled Catalpa Grove Lamb with Mole Verde
Summer Fruit Crostada with Honey Ice Cream
