Yin Yoga with Maria

Join us this Sunday June 15th and every other Sunday for Yin Yoga with Maria. Come restore and revive. Enjoying the most beautiful place and combining all of our energy together and finding peace and tranquility. Enjoy an hour of stretching and relaxing with hands on assists (aka mini massages). Tickets are available with the link and if you have a last-minute open time drop ins are welcome. Just bring your own mat.

This is a rain or shine occurrence as it will be moved into the Secret Garden on rain days. Registration ahead of time is encouraged to help us have an idea of number of attendees.
