Family Macroinvertebrate Workshop

Join us for a fun, hands-on family program featuring live aquatic “bugs” from the Jordan River! We’ll take a close look at mayflies, dragonflies, stoneflies, caddisflies, and maybe even a crayfish or two. Learn why these creatures matter, where they live, and what they tell us about the health of our rivers—then spend time exploring them up close with microscopes and magnifiers. Great for all ages!
