Dudes & T.A.C.O.S. is a peer-driven initiative that creates a judgment-free space for men to connect, talk, and support one another. Middle-aged men often face challenges but don’t always have the opportunity to open up. This event provides a space to share struggles, raise awareness of mental and emotional well-being, and foster honest conversations, shared experiences, and practical strategies all over great food (because, let’s be real, food makes everything better!).
