Join us on Tuesdays at 10am for Chair Yoga with Bonnie (Ananda Yoga). Chair Yoga can increase flexibility and balance, improve range of motion, and reduce stress! Chair Yoga is one of the gentlest forms of yoga available. No previous yoga experience is necessary. You can enjoy the many benefits of yoga without having to get up or down from the floor. A yoga mat or beach towel is optional. A virtual option will be available. These sessions will be held July 8th through August 26th. The link will be posted on our FB and website.
