Free Guided Meditation in celebration of Lammas, a time in the year where we turn in gratitude to the land and her offerings.
Gather with like minded souls to pause and give thanks in a guided meditation and a mindful clean up of the land we walk upon.
We meet at 10am by the Stour in Blandford bring along something to sit on if required. Please contact just so we have an idea of numbers for the mindful clean up and we can confirm location!
