Grief Tending Retreat Day

Throughout our lives, we will all inevitably experience grief and loss. When speaking of grief, we often relate this to a loss of a particular person/people but we can experience a variety of griefs due to loss of relationships, pets, a job or home. This retreat day is open to anyone who is experiencing feelings of grief, whatever the underlying cause.

The day will include a gentle yin/restorative yoga practice, yoga nidra and a sound bath by Tish from Mind, Body, Balance. The day is not intended as a replacement for counselling or therapy. It is simply an opportunity to come together in a shared, supportive space to be with whatever feelings arise and enjoy some gentle movement and rest.
