Meditative Sound Bath

Join me for a meditative sound bath. Let the vibrations of the gongs, crystal singing bowls, and chimes wash over you and align your body, mind, and spirit. This event will take place on Thursday 18th September 2025 at 1900 hours at Pearce Suite, Trull Memorial Hall.
Mats, blankets and pillows will be provided, please feel free to bring any other items to make you comfortable (a drink, socks, eye mask).
🌟🌟 Please note, sound therapy is not recommended for those in the first trimester of pregnancy, those with metal implants in the body, those with severe mental health conditions and those who have sound induced epilepsy. If you wear a hearing aid, it is recommended to switch it off during the session.
