At Cardiac Cafe we invite parents of young cardiac patients and adult congenital heart patients to attend this social event where you can meet CHSFβs Family Support team and have opportunities to meet others from the local area.
All are welcome however this event will have a special focus on families who have a child or young person with additional needs.
The Family Support team regularly invite professionals from the cardiac unit in Leeds to attend Cardiac Cafe events, as well as others from across the network.
Light refreshments will be provided, along with a goody bag. Children under 5 are welcome to attend.
