In a world that often moves too fast, we're creating a sanctuary of sound and movement. A place where your body can remember its own rhythm, where breath becomes freedom, and movement becomes possibility.
Join Michelle and Cloe for a day of therapeutic dance, sacred sound, and heart-opening connection. We have been co-creating transformational events for 13 years now and cannot wait to share our creative passions with you ✨️
From gentle awakening to wild expression, from sound healing to devotional song - this is your invitation to come home to yourself.

This liberating free-form dance journey takes you on an adventure to release all that gets between you and your right to freely express yourself in the world. We will explore the blocks of separation that keep us from knowing and experiencing the body, breath and soul. This is your opportunity to peel away the layers between you and your untamed nature. The dance process is guided, but there is no choreography and no judgments. No previous experience or dance training is required. This approach to the dance experience takes into account the whole person and their lived experience. It focuses on safety as well as expression through movement to integrate, regulate, and embody our thoughts, beliefs, experiences, and emotions. This dance floor is a space to explore and reclaim your sense of self through movement. You will be guided to explore a vast array of different rhythms, with the intention to connect you into different states of being in your body. From grounded and nurturing, to wild and empowered. From joy and expansion, to stillness and connection.I'm thrilled to be sharing the space with Michelle Crozier and her incredible voice and music. During our dance event, Michelle will weave live sounds throughout the session, culminating in a multi-layered soundscape. This dance floor is held as safe and sacred, a space to explore and reclaim your sense of self through movement.Everyone dances for different reasons. Some dance to become more aware of who they are. To feel free, alive, and empowered. To connect to the self, the community, and the vast world we live in. Some dance to feel what they feel and to be ok with that. Some dance to remember the human miracle that we all are. Come find out what dance can mean for you.

Chanting lifts the spirit and reconnects us to our heart centre. It's a well-known fact that singing mantras has a very positive impact on mental health, by reducing the levels of stress. Join us for this amazing, uplifting, and joyful singing meditation known as kirtan. Mantras are sung in a mixture of Sanskrit - which is an ancient Indian language with a high vibration and also some English. No previous experience in Sanskrit or singing required...all are welcome. Singing Mantras are from the path of Bhakti Yoga (yoga of devotion, pure love and compassion ..... especially for yourself) They produce healing vibrations that take you out of your busy mind and connect you to your heart. This can create oneness with those around you and integrate your mind, body and spirit. Heal, relax and re-energise through the power of sharing your authentic voice. The invitation is to sing, play percussion, meditate, dance or just bathe in the sounds.

Originally from an opera and musical theatre background, Michelle embarked on an amazing journey of self-discovery through bhakti yoga and sound healing. She fell in love with the practices many years ago and hasn't looked back since. Michelle is a multi-instrumentalist and a versatile singer who originally began as a kirtan drummer and backing vocalist. She then achieved her dream of composing and recording an album of mantras, titled Journey of The Heart. Michelle loves to teach, lead kirtans, hold sound healing and ecstatic drum dance events, and has never been more fulfilled. She loves to take people on a magical, healing journey through using her voice and intuitive music, and is grateful she has found her soul purpose.

I have been dancing my whole life, training as a professional dancer, and later discovering the therapeutic and liberating power of free expressive dance. I've traveled the world, exploring and creating movement and creative expression events in different cultures and communities of people. I'm a trained dance facilitator, yoga teacher, massage therapist, and hold an Advanced Diploma in the therapeutic and educational application of the Arts and a Postgraduate Certificate in Counselling using the Arts. I'm passionate about creating safe spaces for people to express themselves freely. I truly believe that what matters most in the world is how we treat ourselves and each other.

With love
Michelle and Cloe ❤
