Gentle Flow Yoga - The Miraculous Body - 6 week block
Gentle Flow yoga classes comprise gently flowing sequences to strengthen the body, improve flexibility and maintain balance. Each class will include breathing and relaxation techniques to soothe body, mind and spirit.
The class will run at Calm Village - a lovely new yoga studio in Irby, Wirral.
Kate will simultaneously use Zoom to allow people who cannot attend in person to enjoy the class.
If you know you won't be able to attend the full six weeks, it may be possible to join the remaining lessons if there is space. These tickets will be released once a block has started.
Our theme for this six week block will be The Miraculous Body, where we will consider different areas of the body, to explore how yoga can support the health of each area. However, each class will be a complete, integrated yoga class.
Week 1 - Fabulous Feet
Week 2 - Knobbly Knees !
Week 3 - Adore your pelvic floor
Week 4 - Core Strength
Week 5 - A Healthy Back
Week 6 - Face Yoga
There will be continuity from week to week, although each class will work as a stand alone class.
If you miss a class, remember that I will send out the videos - or there might be wiggle room to swap into the Thursday morning class at Hoylake - please check with Kate first.
