Ekka's Confidance Cloggers Workshop

The Brisbane Cloggers run regular classes for all ages and they love sharing their passion through performances at markets, festivals, and competitions. Clogging is a rhythmic dance style with roots in the Appalachian Mountains, blending elements of tap, Irish step, and line dancing. Since arriving in Australia in the 1980s, it’s grown into a nationwide community – with dancers aged from 8 to 80 all moving to the beat together. They dance to everything ranging from pop and hip hop to country, bluegrass, and Latin – if it’s got a good rhythm, they'll dance to it!
