Settle into the slower rhythms of summer with this gentle, grounding 75-minute Yin Yoga practice. Through long-held poses and mindful stillness, we’ll soothe the nervous system, release tension, and invite a sense of spaciousness and ease.

Each posture becomes a quiet opportunity to pause, breathe, and simply be—allowing you to unwind, restore, and reconnect with yourself. We’ll close with a deeply restful Yoga Nidra to support your transition into evening.
