TCRC Sunday Group Run From Wegmans

There will be runners tacking on early miles- feel free to coordinate with others in the discussion if you are marathon training


Meet in the Wegmans parking lot all the way to the left if you are facing the store

There will be a group run from Wegman's this Sunday, with multiple routes available so people can run the distance they want. Start is at 8:00 am. There are links below to 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, 15 and 22 mile routes. So, whether you want a single loop shorter or longer distance, or want to do a double loop for a certain distance, there should be something for everyone, with different pace groups to run with for all levels. Meet at the far end of the parking lot, past the front of the store. All are welcome. Feel free to coordinate plans for paces/distances below on the wall.
