🔸Dates and Times
12-week Fall Training Block: In Studio @ Lift Health & Wellness, 450 River Street, Moose Jaw.

Choose to train once OR twice a week.
🔸 Saturday September 13th - Saturday December 6th 9am - 10am
& /or
🔸Tuesday September 16th - Tuesday December 2nd - 6:30pm - 7:30pm
