Reiki Healing Circle with Tina
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki can be done anytime and anywhere. The client remains fully clothed while the practitioner transfers Reiki energy to them through either a light hands on touch or through the bio-magnetic field (Aura). Reiki will bring the body back to homeostasis (balance). Treatment can take place on a massage table, a chair or even standing. Many Reiki Circles use both chairs or massage tables and treatment there can last between 5 – 30 minutes depending on the circle.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy.
We will start with a meditation and each person will receive 5-10 mins on the table.
