Hot yoga to fire you up, cold plunge to cool you way down! We will practice yoga together, then individually take a 2-5 minute plunge as we detox, de-stress and feel everything, then settle into a deep savasana. Please wear something that can get wet, bring a change of clothes and a towel. This workshop is not recommended for beginners to yoga, anyone with heart related health concerns or women who are pregnant.
