Dance Fitness with Leesa is about 3 things: letting loose, having FUN while working out, and leaving everything outside of the studio behind for one hour while we take care of ourselves.

Each class offers a full body dance fitness workout and ends with a stretch session. Participants can expect to perform multiple strength-based fitness movements along with moderate cardio activity. Please note that there is moderate impact to major joint groups (ankle, hip, knee, shoulder) during this class as many of the fitness movements involve these groups.

**No sign up is required for my Samson Gym classes! Walk-In’s are welcome - $10/class and payment can be made with cash/Venmo/Zelle - Multi-class pass options are also available.**
