Family tramping.
Take a Kid Tramping Trip for our kids with extra stamina and ability to carry an overnight pack, this one has a lot of climbing. We will head up the translator track from North Egmont, turn off and follow the ridge down to the hut. The next day we will return via the Makatawa track down through the bush and across a few streams.
All participants must be equipped for tramping in alpine conditions. Overnight tramping equipment required.
Children must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver approved by their guardian.
Shared transport costs apply, unless own transport is provided.
$10 per adult passenger, kids or own car free + hut fee.
Hut Tickets or annual pass required.
