Barre is a low-impact, high-intensity workout that fuses ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, yoga, and strength training. Expect small, pulsing movements, a whole lot of muscle shaking, and a major booty lift. 🍑💪

No dance background? No worries, this is NOT DANCING. Barre is designed for all fitness levels and focuses on form, balance, and endurance. We will be building strength, improving posture, and increasing flexibility.
