Workout Mile Intervals (3)

Parking: Elmwood Park (Park at the Pool)

Alert!!! When UNO is in session give yourself time to find parking.

Workout:
10-16 Minute warm up
Form Drills
3 * 1 mile on 11 OR 15 minutes
10-16 Minute cool down

Remember:
1. To bring plenty of water and sunscreen.
2. To give yourself plenty of time to find parking
3. There may be NO RESTROOM ACCESS, so be prepared for that.
