This class will cover the elements of putting together a “charcuterie” platter/board to take home for dinner. Participants should bring their own platter or board. A typical charcuterie presentation suggests including three different types of cheese, three different types of meat, three different types of starches (like crackers or bread), 3 different jams/sauces, and three additional accompaniments like fruit, nuts, or pickles. This approach offers a balanced and varied selection for guests. So join Chef Mike at the Shoreline as he demonstrates and discusses charcuterie!
