What You’ll Experience:
• Gentle, rhythmic music with lyrics to guide your breath
• A simple 2-part breathing technique (inhale–exhale)
• Voice-guided cues to support safety and embodiment
• Rest and integration time to help you feel whole and clear
What to Bring:
• Yoga mat, small blanket, small pillow
• Water bottle
• Comfortable clothes
• Optional: Eye mask or journal
