Whether you're new to yoga, recovering from an injury, or simply looking for a soothing practice, Gentle Yoga offers a supportive space to build flexibility, strength, and inner peace.

Modifications and props are encouraged to meet your unique needs. Leave feeling refreshed, restored, and deeply connected to your body.

Class are every Monday from 6-7pm.
