Round UP to Support the Back 2 School Festival at the Mast Store Annex

As students head back to classrooms across our region, Mast General Store Rounds UP 4 youth-focused community partners during the month of August.
The 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝟮 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 provides High Country students with school supplies, new shoes and socks, backpacks, haircuts, healthy food, and helpful advice so that they can begin the new school year feeling confident and prepared. The B2SF offers relief to any Watauga County family struggling to cover the costs of their child’s school supplies as well as area teachers, many of whom must buy classroom and personal essentials for their students. Last summer, the Back 2 School Festival served a record 1,900 Watauga County students.
The Mast Store believes that all children deserve the opportunity to begin the school year with the tools and confidence they need to succeed and have equal access to after-school and extracurricular programs that enhance their classroom education, guide them in developing healthy, lifelong habits, and instill skills to use as they become responsible, active community leaders.
