Concealed Weapons Permit SC (CWP)

In the CWP class the primary things that are covered are super basic handgun and ammo procedures, with a primary focus on the all the laws and regulations around conceal carry, how to conceal carry, and using deadly force to protect yourself legally. In this class we will also practice and learn how to draw out of a holster on your body and out of a purse/bag.

You are also required to take a written exam and shooting qualification to pass to apply for your SC CWP license (see shooting qualifications below).

The shooting qualification is the following:

Suggested minimum shooting portion of instruction 70% to pass

18 of the 25 rounds must be in the silhouette

- 5 rounds at the 3 yard line
- 5 rounds at the 5 yard line
- 5 rounds at the 7 yard line
- 5 rounds at the 10 yard line
- 5 rounds at the 12 yard line
