August Canning Class

Each month, the St Stephen Community Canning Kitchen will host a class, taught by Chef Rebecca, on a specific processing method.
For August, we will cover pressure canning vegetables.
Cost is $10 per person and all supplies and equipment will be provided. Each participant will go home with one jar of what we make and process.
Pressure canning does take some time, so please be prepared for class to go from 4-6 pm.
