Join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays in August to discover the benefits of yoga. All levels welcome. Instructor Ian Hamilton will tailor the sessions to the level and goals of the attendees.

Time Tuesdays 10:00 – 11:30 AM
Thursdays 5:00 – 6:30 PM
Cost Free to attend, with donation optional to support our instructor and future community wellness programs.
Registration No registration needed - drop in for one session, or show up for them all.
Preparation Come hydrated on an empty stomach.
Be prepared to move, release, resolve, and dissolve into stillness.
