Monticello, Let's Chalk

This is a free two-day street art festival where artists from around the country transform pavement into stunning 2D and 3D masterpieces over the two-day event. Enjoy art, live music, food, and fun throughout the weekend. This community event is organized by Mayor Lloyd Hilgart and made possible thanks to the generous support of local businesses and organizations.
