Is your teen glued to screens or stuck mindlessly scrolling? Have you noticed that time spent on social media is talking a toll on their wellbeing? 📱🖱️💻
On August 16th from 6-8 PM at the Spruce Pine Fire Department, teens and their families are invited to join Partners Aligned Toward Health (PATH) and the Mitchell Yancey Prevention and Recovery Coalition (MYPRC) for a free screening of Screenagers NEXT CHAPTER: Uncovering Skills for Stress Resilience.
The evening will start with a one-hour screening of Screenagers NEXT CHAPTER complete with free popcorn and drinks. Then PATH and MYPRC will lead a discussion a discussion about the importance of mental health and resilliance skills for teens.
