The process of expressing emotions through writing has long been shown to improve both physical and mental well-being. "Your Write to Resilience" is a two-hour wellness workshop which integrates expressive writing techniques with guided meditation to enhance personal resilience.

This is not a writing instruction workshop, and there are no rules or requirements. Our writing will be sloppy, loose, and imperfect! Together we will co-create a safe space to express our thoughts and feelings through words.
