Join us for a weekly light exercise where we stretch and work on building strength with chair yoga. Wear comfortable clothing.
This FREE exercise program is open to all Seniors (older adults welcome too!). Exercise waiver must be completed at first attendance. No registration is required, routines begin promptly at 2pm. Meets Mondays & Wednesdays June through August.
