🧘 Kundalini Yoga is a balance of asana, movement, conscious pranic breathing, mantra, meditation and sound therapy. Each class focuses on a specific granular or body system for holistic healing and rejuvenation. Each class varies as she works through the different human body areas and systems.
🧘 Rochelle is a KRI Level 2 trained Kundalini Yoga teacher. She has been teaching yoga and providing symphonic gong sound therapy in the traditional method for two decades.
This style of yoga is available to all levels and does not require prior yoga experience. Please join us for mind body connection and rejuvenation within Radiant Light Healing.
