This 75-minute Hatha Gentle Yoga class provides a soothing introduction to yoga, focusing on achieving balance in body, mind, and soul for a more harmonious lifestyle. With a semi-private setting accommodating five students or fewer, participants receive personalized attention; please bring a yoga mat and water, and arrive 10-15 minutes early. ❤️ Denise is both a yoga instructor and reflexologist. Training from School of Reflexology and Healing Arts Certification Professional Foot, Hand, and Ear Reflexology Program Owner Rachel Lord, RN, CMT, BCR, MH Training in Facial Reflexology in 2014, Training in Lone Sorensen Technique on Face, Hands, and Feet. 2015. Trained in Hatha Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Pranayam, Meditation, Chair Yoga, Ayurveda, Mantra, Mudra, Chakra Yoga. Training under Hansa Knox Pranayam and Ayurvedic Mandala School. Certification 1000 hours of Training in November 2011.
