Technical & Citizens Advisory Committee

The Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) reviews the work progress and evaluates the technical acceptability of plans and studies. Members make recommendations to the TPO Governing Board, with supporting technical information that assists them with policy-making decisions. The function of the Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) is to provide citizens’ views and recommendations on projects, plans, and programs through the Committee to the SCTPO Governing Board.
