Rise and Shine classes are a great start to your day !
Our theme for the next six week block will be The Miraculous Body !
These relaxed and friendly yoga classes comprise gently flowing sequences to strengthen the body, improve flexibility and maintain balance. Each class will include breathing and relaxation techniques to soothe body, mind and spirit. The ultimate aim for each class is to boost physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
The class will run in The Rehearsal Room on the first floor at The Parade Community Centre in Hoylake - a beautiful, bright airy room with views across the beach OR on zoom
Class recordings will be sent to all attendees, so you can catch up on any missed classes.
Kate will simultaneously use Zoom to allow people who cannot attend to enjoy the class.
This is a six week block to allow for continuity and progression from week to week.
If you know you won't be able to attend the full six weeks, it may be possible to join the remaining lessons if there is space. These tickets will be released once a block has started.
Week 1 - Fabulous Feet
Week 2 - Knobbly Knees !
Week 3 - Adore your Pelvic Floor
Week 4 - Core Strength
Week 5 - A Healthy Back
Week 6 - Face Yoga
There will be continuity from week to week, although each class will work as a stand alone class.
If you miss a class, remember that I will send out the videos.
