Colleen Stone is a licensed therapist, personal coach, and podcast host with over 30 years of experience helping people create lives filled with purpose, clarity, and joy. She’s the founder of Create the Life You Desire University, a monthly membership that offers practical psychology, meditations, and mindset tools for modern life.

Stone is known for her warm, relatable style and her gift for turning brain science into everyday breakthroughs. When she’s not coaching or recording her podcast, “Gettin’ Busy Living,” you’ll find her waterskiing, beekeeping, or adventuring with her White Lab, Chipper.
