SHORELINE WALKS
Explore neighborhoods, parks and trails on some of the best walking routes in our City. Designed for adults ages 50+ but open to all ages and abilities, each walk is led by a Volunteer Walk Leader and all walks are free. No need to sign up, just show up at the meetup location and we'll take care of the rest! Friendly dogs on a leash are welcome to join.

Parkwood Elementary School to "Apartment-land" and the South Station Walk - FREE
We will walk past the school up a fairly long hill through the Parkwood neighborhood and work our way down and through the complex of apartment buildings under construction west of the 148th St light rail station. Then we will cross I-5 to check out the light rail station. We will return by way of Twin Ponds Park.
Walk is approximately: 3.3 miles/2 hours.
Walk rating: Moderate (Hills)
Meet at: North side of Parkwood School, 1815 N 155th St, Shoreline, WA 98133. Park in the lot on the 155th Street side of the school.
