Join us all summer long for FREE drop-in martial arts classes led by Black Belt Josh Ingram – right in the heart of downtown Sault Ste. Marie!

🕛 Tikes Class – 12:00 PM
👶 Ages 4–9 | Fun, movement & coordination!
🕔 Youth & Beginners Class – 5:00 PM

👦👧 Ages 10+ | Learn fitness, fundamentals & confidence!
📍 No sign-up needed – just drop in and jump in!
🌤️ Weather permitting – classes take place outdoors in the plaza.
📅 Please note: No classes on civic holidays falling on Mondays in July or August.
