Bark For Life Festival of Northern NJ 2025 Presented by Pups and Recreation

Bark For Life is The American Cancer Society’s dog-friendly “canine companion event”. The objective is to raise funds and community awareness in the fight against cancer, while simultaneously enjoying a fun day in the park with dogs and people who wish to put an end to cancer in our lifetime. We honor and celebrate all cancer survivors and recognize our canine caregivers and support-dogs at the event. We also pay tribute to those who lost their battle to this terrible disease. Together, we embrace and support those who’ve lost loved ones to cancer. The funds raised support of the American Cancer Society’s goal of preventing cancer, saving lives, and diminishing suffering from cancer, through research, education, advocacy, and service.
On October 26, 2025 the second annual Bark For Life Festival of Northern NJ hosted by Pups and Recreation will be held at Horseshoe Lake, Succasunna NJ. The event begins with a non-competitive group walk for dogs with their owners, followed by pet-friendly entertainment, contests, games, music, demonstrations, vendors and more. The goal for the Bark For Life is to raise at least $15,000. However, this event cannot be successful without your support as well.
