We pride ourselves on our ‘back loop’ technique to ensure no one is left behind and everyone gets the most out of their run.
Different distances and route options available. If you are unsure which group is matched to your running ability please speak to one of our friendly run leaders who will be happy to advise.

The route is mostly off road so I would suggest trail shoes if you have these available.

There are some good rest spots for pretty photo opportunities as well so bring your best pose!
