Itโs a gentle, supportive space where you can come exactly as you are. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, in need of connection, or just desperate for a hot drink you didnโt have to microwave three times โ this is for you.

This group is kept small on purpose โ so everyone has time and space to talk if they want to. Because the early postnatal days can feel lonely, and you shouldnโt have to navigate them alone.
